1. Acceptance of Terms 

By downloading, accessing, or using the No.1 Body Blueprint App (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & NON-PHYSICIAN STATUS

• NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: Raison D’etre Health and Wellness Consultants LLC is a wellness consulting firm, not a medical provider. Our owners, employees, and agents are not Medical Physicians.
• CONSULT A DOCTOR: The App provides fitness and nutrition information for informational and motivational purposes only. You must seek the advice of a licensed physician before starting any fitness program, diet, or using the "No. 1 Body Blueprint App" results to alter your physical activity.
• NO GUARANTEES: Results shown via avatar visualization or photo augmentation are illustrative simulations and do not guarantee actual physical outcomes.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account independently. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 (including those using the App for homeschool PE credits) may only use the App with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Accounts found to be shared across multiple users (outside of designated family or corporate plans) may be suspended.

5. App Features and Intended Use

This App provides fitness plans, photo-based avatar visualization, and wellness tracking. These tools are designed to support personal health goals and are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition.

6. User Conduct & Photo Uploads You agree not to upload offensive, nude, or inappropriate imagery for avatar generation. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate community standards.

7. Subscription, Payments & Refunds Payments are processed via Apple App Store/Google Play Billing. Refunds are subject to Apple App Store/Google Play policies. Subscription management must be handled through your Apple/Google Account settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All app designs, the "No. 1 Body Blueprint App" methodology, and generated content are the property of Raison D’etre Health and Wellness Consultants LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raison D’etre Health and Wellness Consultants LLC shall not be liable for any physical injury, health complications, or incidental damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA

Raison D’etre Health and Wellness Consultants LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the No. 1 Body Blueprint Appmobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us and the information collected automatically through the App during use.

• Account Information: Name, email address, and encrypted password.
• Health & Fitness Data: To generate your "Body Blueprint," we collect user-inputted metrics such as age, gender, height, weight, activity levels, and fitness goals.
• Multimedia (Photos & Camera): With your explicit permission, we access your camera or photo gallery to generate personalized avatars. We do not use these photos for facial recognition or identification. * Device & Usage Data: IP address, device ID, operating system, and App performance logs (Crashlytics) to ensure technical stability.
• Payment Data: All subscriptions are processed through secure third-party      providers (Google Play Billing). We do not store credit card numbers on      our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To calculate and provide your personalized fitness and wellness "Body Blueprint."
• To generate AI-driven avatars based on your uploaded photos and desired goals.
• To track progress for corporate wellness incentives or educational PE credits.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve App functionality.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties. We only share information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With vendors who perform services for us (e.g., cloud      hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety      of our users.
• Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition.

4. Security & Data Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encryption in Transit: All data is transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive health data is stored using AES-256 encryption.
• Retention: We retain your data only as long as your account is active. If an account remains inactive for 24 months, data is automatically flagged for archival or deletion.

5. Children’s Privacy & Educational Use

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. If the App is used by minors for homeschool or educational PE credits, we require verifiable parental consent before account creation. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

6. Your Privacy Rights & Data Control

Depending on your location (including GDPR and CCPA jurisdictions), you have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your data at any time (see Section 7).

7. Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal and health data.

• In-App: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• Via Email Request: infor@bodyblueprintapp.com.
• Upon request, we will delete all personal identifiers and health metrics from our active databases within 30 days.
