By downloading, accessing, or using the No.1 Body Blueprint App (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users under 18 may only use the App with parental or guardian consent.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The App provides fitness and nutrition plans, photo augmentation, and avatar visualization. These features are for informational and motivational purposes only.

The App does not provide medical advice. Outcomes shown by avatars or augmented photos are illustrative and do not guarantee results. Consult a physician before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

You agree not to misuse the App, upload offensive content, or attempt to interfere with its functionality.

Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Refunds are subject to app store policies.

All content, including app designs, avatars, and fitness plans, are the property of Raison D’etre Health and Wellness Consultants LLC.

By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process and generate avatars solely for your personal use within the App.

We may use third-party tools for analytics, hosting, and payments. These providers will have access only as necessary to perform their services.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We are not liable for physical, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims related to your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation.

• Profile Data: Age, gender, goals.
• Photos & Camera Access: Used to generate avatars; not shared with third parties.
• Location Data: Used for optional location-based features.
• Payment Information: Processed by secure third-party providers.
• Cookies & Tracking: To improve user experience and app performance.

• To create and maintain your account.
• To personalize your avatar and fitness recommendations.
• To process payments and subscriptions.
• To improve app features and functionality.

We do not sell your data. Information may be shared only with:

• Service Providers (hosting, payments, analytics).
• Legal Obligations (if required by law).
• Business Transfers (e.g., in a merger or acquisition).

We use encryption, secure servers, and authentication measures to protect your data.

• GDPR (EU Users): Right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing.
• CCPA (California Users): Right to know, delete, and opt-out of data sharing.

We retain data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

The App is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your information may be stored and processed outside your home country, including in the U.S.

We may update these Terms and Policies from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
